Many things in your post Alexsoulay and globaly you are right.  (and I thank you to play the game of nt's even more  )
I don't want to enter in boring details or to scourge myself, so I can (want) only give my point of view (for the moment).
About NT, that's why I created this ranking very more interesting than the real one. The real one that now I don't care about (his only use is to make the hats of the qualifications pools).
For me, when the teams you incriminate (for the moment) win a game or the tournament, I don't care. They don't deserve it. And that's all for me.
More : they give me (and not only me I believe) a bad image of their country. What is very very more important in my opinion than to win an online game (without real money to win moreover  )
The real problem you talk about is indeed these managers who can have a big personal team due to that way, with economical advantages... But these teams are not teams, they are a joke...
Ok what I say is probably not enough, the game is desequilibrated due to 3-4 teams, but for the rest of them I think it is more interesting and less ridiculous that it would be with tens of retirement houses in the game. 
(and very sorry for my english^^)
nb : all is not lost  we had good results in the last WC, with places 1, 2 and 4  |

Yes, you are right, but you don't play with 2 top teams at the same Top league.  |

Yeah I understand so much, but you know, even with a great team for the 3-4 last seasons, I was unable to win a single title in Mediterranean league , a really tough one believe me (5-6 top teams) ! 
But yeah, at least our league is globaly healthy about old players...
Have you send them private messages (Vasas and Rheinessen) ? Are they so selfish or are they open to change on the long term with their middleage generation of players ?

Hi, new world cup updated ! (page 1 - post 3)
Most important changes :
- UKRAINE out (with 3 40+yo and 2 50+yo players against 4 last season)
- ARGENTINA and HUNGARY reintegrate the ranking (5 to 4)
- Bad moves by NETHERLANDS (4 to 7) and above all by SWITZERLAND (1 to 9) 
- CHINA finally did the big nice move with coach Shaoran ! (9 to 0)

"On ne lâche rien!" (We don't give up anything!) as we say in France during the street protests.

World Cup pools results and qualifying are updated on page 1 post 3 of this topic.
What a crazy cup we have ! So many surprises ! 
For the personal thing, France came back from nowhere due to victory against leader Serbia and the win of Latvia against Sweden, but the most incredibles results were the eliminations after the qualifications of Poland, Denmark and Croatia, when Latvia, Macedonia, United Kingdom and Mexico qualified.
And more than that, France, with young players due to last season trolling, Belgium, Mexico and United Kingdom, are now qualified for quarter finals !
Moreover we can note that all the teams that are qualified for quarter finals are all under three 40+ years old players !
