to incite every national teams to reduce and finally to eliminate of the game the 40+ years old player NT who are rotting the game and will soon make it looks like an unbelievable joke, I propose this new ranking to motivate every NT coach to go that way... And of course because it's cool and more exciting to have something more dynamic and realistic ! 
So here is the formula :
First, the points of the World Cup won't be distribituted very differently than now :
Winner : 1000 pts
Finalist : 600 pts
Semi-finalists : 350 pts (+ 50 points for the 3rd)
Quarter-finalists : 150 pts
--------------------------------------------------
each WC pool victory : 40 pts
each WC pool draw : 20 pts
--------------------------------------------------
Bonus for WC qualification : 100 pts
each WC qualifications victory : 20 pts
each WC qualifications draw : 10 pts
BUT
For each 40+ years old player in the team, the points will decrease of 20% (and 40% for a 50+ yo  ), so that means a team with more than four 40 yo players will have no points even if it wins the World Cup
And
For a more realistic and dynamic ranking (not as a "cumulative points" one, as in the game) : after each world cup, the points earned by the teams during the previous ones will decrease every season of 20%.
example : a team which won 800 Pts the first year, 100 the second year and 40 the 3rd year, would have at the end of the 3rd year :
800x80%x80% + 150x80% + 40 = 512+120+40= 672 pts 
NB : So, after 10 seasons, a win of 1000 points will become a little more than 100 points, what sounds good to me cause it still has some impact on the ranking but not too much

(I adjusted the points distribution to make them more progressive at the levels of quarterfinals and semifinals)

Test ranking of this season is done !
Congrats to Poland to have become the winner of this test due to their great World Cup results combined with the "credibility", the "vraisemblance" of their squad with no players above 39 years old !
...and of course congrats to Czech Republic for their final victory ! (with "only" 4 too much old players)
So what do you think managers about this ranking ? Any comment or/and suggestion ? |

Thank you so much for congrats Personally I feel unsatisfied. I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge through this tournament. If I can get the re-election we will aim higher.
