Even we don't need any points in this format, just to say that this is not 100% fair, because, it's true that we have a lot of 40+ years players in the squad, but in matches, we don't use them all, they are often only replacements in case younger ones are injured.
Again, I don't intend to get some points for Bosnia and Herzegovina, but to think out loud about this format is not flawless.

It's all about choices ady_aly.
And you can ignore this format/topic if you think it is unfair...
But I won't change anything just because it's more important for your national team to have some good substitutes rather than to rejuvenate the game the minimum you could (and be sure that i know you are in a complicated situation cause it's not your own players who are old.) 
(but if you have any ideas to make it better i'm open to your suggestions of course, but be sure i don't plan to verify the composition of each match of each team to know if the old players play or don't play the games !   ) |

I totally agree with everything. I don't expect you to change anything or track each match

And we already have a winner ! (a winner who loves to win by the minimum difference or at the last moment ! )
