I understand that because your personal team have many old players Bosnia and Herzegovina probably won't rejuvenate its team for today, and even for a near tomorrow, but your "still old" words let me think that you are open to work for it at long term !

This ranking will "officially" start with this new World Cup, so if you want your national team to participate (and with the most chance to make points/to reach the top of realistics teams), don't hesitate to apply to be your national team coach or to vote for the candidate(s) who support this politic !

Now that the qualifications pools are drawed, I believe that NT coaches are no longer able to change their players, but maybe I'm wrong...

So, I have to say I'm very proud of the way things are going on :

Last season, 18 teams were under the limit of 5 players of 40+ yo, and now we are 23 !

Also, 12 teams have now 0 players of 40+ yo against 6 teams last season !

Special congratulations go to :

Netherlands : 14 to 2
Slovenia : 12 to 2
Macedonia : 9 to 2
Croatia : 6 to 0
Czechia : 4 to 0
Spain : 3 to 0
and Belgium : 10 to 5 (not so far, but it's a first step)
