Hello,
There are managers who have several teams from the same country. They are absolute masters of their national team. No matter how much we want to improve, we can't do anything against those managers and their national teams. |
So you should agree with my second idea which could give some new macedonian's teams ! |

Any idea that gets players in their late 50s to retire is fine with me.
I wouldn't mind rejuvenating the national team even if the level drops a lot in the case of Macedonia.
And if some coach wants to create Macedonian teams, I'm fine with that, as long as no one profits by passing money from one team to another. Which seems impossible to me with all the cheating that several managers do. |

I guess my position isn't very important as my country doesn't even have a National Team, but I also believe it's a good idea. Of course, it should be done gradually, otherwise some teams would be severely affected and without time to adapt. |

Club managers should first agree with releasing their 40+ players, they can also inform national team manager that they are ready for their player to retire.

I disagree, their players are available because of the national teams. In general they retire at 33 or 34 yo, so in my opinion it's taking the problem inversely. |
Some clubs hold most of the NT players, so that would be a big step back for them and you need to give them some time first, to prepare. |
This time, yep, i agree with you if it's the only way to convince them ! |
They will not agree, at least not all of them.
The only possible way is to advance once reached critical mass and them some of them will join when they realize this is for real or eventually vote them out of national team manager. |
