Poland is not a good example. There is about something else.

And Italy ok..... But there was a necessary rebuild, as previous NT managers had caused chaos there.

The other leading countries are not reacting yet, and I would be surprised that they do not want to take the risk of someone not doing it.

Look who's leading Poland. What players did he fire, 31-33 years at the peak of their forces etc.

And what Portugal has done is nonsense that will destroy NT for several seasons. Call a player 19 years ???? Dismissing a player for 30 years due to age (while still growing for 1 and a half seasons) ???? I do not understand.

Just received info from the Portuguese National coach that he did that precisely for same reason the creator of this thread invoked.
I agreed it was not done in the best way of course.
However it is done and is a example to all that have hope of turning the tide on this game...

hello Stoik and everyone!

full respect to those are 0, but i think it would be fair if now the limit could be 4 players over 40 years(or more than 4, its ok to me)(about a few seasons before i had a 40+ yo french player and he was removed from nt and thats ok)

the present "retire planning" is bad: player can be trained to 20 physical and in the training details to 99% max. in that case it would require 3 years to reach the lower limit(13) when he is 35 years old.
so the first possible retire date should be 36.
especially if now a 31-32 yo player goes to retire, that is the real loss for someone...

other idea: multireg would be bad... personally i dont want to manage another team. ok, this game is not too time consuming overall but hey...
rather new, patient, handball loving managers from all over the world...

"if the 16 best ranked NT are ok it will work for me" - not for me: "no exceptions" (would be fair, again...)

It's complete nonsense !!! Someone here has spent many years raising a good player for NT and his team, and now that he wants to play for results, his player is fired from NT and dies. At the same time, it can be a 31-year-old player (like my Polish pivot) and he can still improve minimally.

I'm not saying that keeping players in NT after 40 years is good, but what you're doing here is the other extreme. It can easily happen that managers who have been playing for years will end up. And they are the skeleton of this community.

As I wrote before. The only change that would be fair must be made by the administrators of this game.

There's no obligation of course ! Only those who'd like it.

But they won't, even if it's possible to resolve this in 2 minutes...

As you know, the route of contacting the developer of the game, including buying the game is dead.I think you agree that theres no hope in that direction as far as can be guessed.
I must praise you for trying, my respect. I would support if necessary.

On the other end the "skeleton" is already dying, for long i suspect...
In the last season 2 of the top teams from my region just dropped and other sold their team AND destroyed their arena.
How many of you see this in your regions!?
And the "meat"; the relatively new coaches, how often they give up halfway?

I´m sorry about the loss of your fine 31 yo Pivot and btw I was not me who done the changes to Portuguese National Team.

However I do not agree with the ones that defend that has to be unaninous consent, since, with the possible exception of something like North Korea, I have never seen a group of dozens or hundreds of people agree 100% with a change impactfull in their lives.
If critical mass is reached, the "healthy" part of managers must make feel the others, they must change.
Boycots can be made in several ways, support account be threatened to be canceled...
I may be running wild in this matter, but I would hate myself not stating what I feel should be done.

In my opinion it is the most sensible thing that I have read in a long time in this type of manager games ...
