Most of you know that I'm quiting the game, despite of I also love it.
About fifteen seasons ago (5 years in real life), I decided to sell all players and rebuild my team with excelent young players. I was looking at the best ones till I collected a group that had chances.
What I've found 5 years later, with what I think an outstanding generation, is that I was almost in bankruptcy, playing agains players that had grown in my team and are still active (for instance Gábor Kovács 44 yo, Elvijs Popens 44 yo, Branislav Gabelica 43 yo and Luis Miguel Abadia 40 yo) and losing my category (my fault, didn´t working on the tactics a lot).
Due to my fail, I've come to the conclusion that game is disapppointing because:
a) Players retirement is not balanced. It is sudden instead of continuing, apart from the NT issue.
b) Economy does not allow you to compete at the same time you develope young players.
c) You only keep players that last, baning average players.
d) There are no average players, there is only top and garbage ones.
e) Beginers has no access to average players, they notice there is no chance to grow up so they quit.
f) Admins do nothing to develope game, veterans leave too.
ergo
So, what would I do?
1. Fix players retirement. No retirement at 31-32 yo, normal process is that players start losing skills till the point they are not worthy for top team and those teams decides to sell them at low price so the beginers uses them till 36-37-38 (the moment even the low division team found it useless.
2. At the same time, Teams and NT start a natural process of rebuild. I won't be afraid anymore that my good 30 yo player, in which I´ve been working 12 seasons, does not get into NT and it is forced to retire. He may never reach that high but I won't have the feeling of time lost.
3. Review expenses buying arena, adding seats, hiring coaches,... they have not been changed in 11 years. Economic struggle makes game slow and anoying to beginers (after I quit I wouldn't go back only because of this).
4. Remove bot teams, reduce levels in leagues and, optional, reduce/gather regions (america, asia, oceania y africa should be together), even only one region (not easy, I know, League of Champions would disappear).
5. Sell as free agent the good players from bot teams. This could lead to economic problems for active users because they can't sell players properly as long as everybody is waitng for free agents. It has to be done carefully, but a lot of good players are lost when they are 23-28 yo.
This is not difficult if game owners have the will to listen to us and develope game. However, imo they don't care at all. |
Well done!!!
I am happy, that here is a lot of managers with the same feelings!
Special point b - here is a big problem.
Recipe for repair - 1., 2.
Thanks broo!

Whole game need one HUGE update. Every aspect of it is outdated and player base is smaller every year.
I dont think we will see any improvement, they will just shut it down. |

... And what difference does it make what we discuss here if they are not going to do anything to fix it, they haven't done anything in this game for a long time.
Great boredom managers are leaving the game and are not able to avoid it, we are less and less |

There were a lot of actions already, but not a single reaction so...yes...
They were up to shut down the game couple years ago because it was just waste of time and money, but they keep the server up just for these couple of players left who are still enjoying it.
Supporting the game gives you nothing because game is stagnating from the beginning. |
