I think up to 38 will be not bad. Or with decreasing skills (not only physical skills).
So many manager have not motivation to exchange players and novices have harder way to reach the top. |

I really think they don't care at all. It takes ages for them to answer us for a simple request. And even then, things keep on crashing all times. |
