After 3 mid-season losses in a row I have same points with leader. Top3 is secured, but 2 of those matches are away against other top3 teams. Leader lost his 3 matches in very early rounds and probably because of bot lineups. So next match will wipe me out probably. Just got started with possibly last stadium upgrade. What would be next step after getting 21k arena? My fanshop is probably with Upgrade 2 as it shows 2.250 € p/w. Continue with that, start the youth academy or invest into better trainer? |

Very possibly I have next season only bot opponents in my league as no human teams are relegated from League 3. Recently I improved my coaches from level 1 to levels 5 and 3(tec and phy). Have to test impact of this to club's economy both through staff wages and players improvement/wages. Arena is upgraded, but currently no seats added as last games haven't been fully crowded. Still buying no players as I have no imagination about their real value and surely would overpay for them and I want to know how far I can reach with only homegrown players and zero knowledge about handball tactics. |

My young players don't have to play every week to have full training. Is it true?
PS: I play another management games where you should play with your young players to train them. |

Yes, it's true. Elders don't have to either. |

Ofcourse I'd like to have max level(20?) coaches, but it would maybe lead my team to bankrupt, when players start to improve quicker and all wages are much higher than at the moment.
Currently my arena has 17k and next upgrade done, but no seats added yet as my matches collect attendances under 15k mostly. More seats means bigger maintenance too as ticket price per seat remains same. |

You have too many players. Leave only those with the greatest work ethic and talent min 3,5.
I've never had all the trainers at the maximum level. I let go of the goalkeeping coaches. |
