At least now we ar together in Estonian NT. How many managers to we need to get EST nat team. Or how is it with this game develping. Read some post about how modes are not giving much to this game anymore?

I think that 10 teams from one country is needed for creation of new NT. At least it used to be that way. Nowadays, there is many NTs with significantly lower number of active managers. You can always try to ask admins, but I think that 2 managers is definitely not enough  |

Well, currently potential Estonian NT would be far weaker than any of 32 existing ones. As I've understood no new ones will be added but then some NT must be removed. So it's not realistic in nearer years anyway and it's out of my targets so far. Handball is not very popular in Estonia, far behind football, basketball and volleyball as our NT has never qualified anywhere, just clubs win sometimes couple of rounds in eurocups.
As I've said my tactical knowledges about handball are zero, so for real success I should have better players than rivals to beat them probably. Some players are sold now, just refreshed my Excel table and added "tech" to keeper's calculation formula. Finances are not red atm, so possibly I've survived most critical moment.  Still will continue with 100% own pulls and try to figure out how far can I reach- limit seems to be somewhere in 2nd league, but it should be possible to get points and survive one day too. When budget has increased, I must improve some coaches to 20 and then look how far can I push my players. Maybe after coaches there is no room for normal players at all.  |

...and somehow got first points here. Maybe opponent, who will be relegated too, gave chance to his future players.
Now selling last 2 fieldplayers with 10+k wages and then will be more interesting times: how deep I'll fall? First matches of new season will show. There is another critical moment off-season, where is no income from matches and that may drag me back to red.
Probably my biggest mistake was too big arena(21k when struggling to get 18k attendances) as after selling 8 most greedy players my budget doesn't show signs of steady growing. Selling arena and rebuild? Then I should fire all staff too which turns my new players to more crap as they are already, it's equal to starting with new team. But at some moment I had almost 3M...
So I decided to fire my doctors and save 20k/w. It should double after selling 2 more players and both actions should cover maintenance costs(my arena blunder). |

I would not recommend you to destroy your arena, because it is no cost-efficient to build it back. I would rather squeeze finances of club and try to avoid relegation. Then win the 3. league and try to build a great team with overrally developed players. By this I mean all skills are being higher and higher in rounds, where every skill from one group gets 1-2 points, then another group etc. For example -> player X has increased every attacking skill by 1-2 points during the first half of the season. Then you do the same with defending etc. Just try to avoid players with high wages. To win the 2. league you just need players with 3.5*, maybe 4* of talent, where every skill is developed.
What about your staff? How many trainers do you have? I would not recommend you to keep doctors, because it is not so relevant at this point of your so-called story in TeamHB 
With just 2 trainers (you do not need more at this point) and big arena you should be able to collect a few millions until you will reach the top league. Trust me, I made it a few times, when trying to just avoid relegation and preparing my team for the future by saving money and having just as many players as it was needed.  |

I have had always 5 coaches, one of every kind. Last seasons I had 15 for GK, attack and defense and 10 for physical and technical. Wage : 81,250 € p/w. They were lower on earlier seasons ofcourse, at first maybe level 5 and 3, then 10 and 5 or 6. I've made some notes about wages and skill values like 15 is almost 10k and 13 is 6.7k to follow.o I must watch for trained skills more regularly than maybe once in 1-2 seasons 
I already calculated that after selling arena that money I would get is not enough to pay wages until new arena is in right size as there is no income. Then I should fire coaches and then it's almost same as starting with new team from zero. |

Mystery of unexpected points solved- opponent was inactive and now is bot.
As now is my balance -5k and first league match is at home so bankrupt should be avoided. Second oldest player retired too and another one sold. Will be more interesting season: where do I land? 2 more human teams are in my league. |

How many trainers do you have currently? Still 5? If so, trust me and reduce to 2, max 3 If you struggle with money, it is not worth it. Reduce those spendings a little bit, save money during next 2-3 seasons and then hit it hard with all you have got  |

Tried to reduce 2 of my coaches from 10 to 1 but got such message:
You cannot afford to hire coaches of such quality!
You need to have enough money for bonus and 10 wages on your bank account before the directors of your team will allow you to proceed with the transaction (note that your active player bids are also added to this calculation)!
So I must fire ALL 5 coaches and then ruin my players too? Go to hell! |
