I lead nearly each match comfortable by 6+ goals after 20 or 25 minutes. Nearly each match i win by only 1 or 2 goals. In the last 10 minutes my team is somehow not able to score like it does early in the game...I know about "icecold", but this is not the problem I guess. Stamina can't be the issue, cause the opponent players wont be stronger, they started at the same time I did.

Anybody has an idea whats the problem and how to solve it?

I have the same "problem", but it's because I order my "second" team to play at the end of the game if I win more than 6+...

Me too, but lately it happens that I am nearly a draw in the 50 minutes, and the switch back rule does not apply. Need to redo this orders, I guess

In this game is very important stamina because players loose energy in 5 minutes intervals and at the end of the game can be energy really low (for low stamina values), especially with some more physically demanding defence.

What about when the players rest?!
If they play 20 min, rest 20 min and than play 20 min?!

btw...I slightly changed the timing of substitution...in the last matches I switched on 20 or 25 minutes, today on 30, and this 5 minutes extra for starting formation mean 10 minutes less for the rookies, they play normally my second match half...A high win was the result.

And your rookies get full experience?!
I play like i posted! 20 min, 20 min rest and than another 20 min and while the starting lineup rests, the rookies have there experience time!
