btw...I slightly changed the timing of substitution...in the last matches I switched on 20 or 25 minutes, today on 30, and this 5 minutes extra for starting formation mean 10 minutes less for the rookies, they play normally my second match half...A high win was the result. |
And your rookies get full experience?!
I play like i posted! 20 min, 20 min rest and than another 20 min and while the starting lineup rests, the rookies have there experience time! |
yep...both rosters, the A and the B guys get more than 20 mins playtime, the formation 2 is only a switched tactical order for the A guys...

Cause the A and the B roster need to be on the field for at least 20 mins to get experience. |

A player needs to play at least 20 minutes to get experience, rating and team chemistry.
- A player gets 1 point of TC for every game he plays.
- He gets 1 point of rating for playing friendlies and 1-2 points of rating for other games.
- He gets 1 point of exp for playing a friendly, 2-3 points for playing regional league and cup games, 4-6 exp for playing League of Champions and 10 - 14 for playing in the League of Champions final.
Experience goes up to 500, rating to 100 and team chemistry to 20
Edit: Rating is also limited by players talent |
