Player gets whole Work Ethic skill value as training point(s) in one training cycle (week).
Details about the transfers are written under game rules article 2. TRANSFERS (GENERAL). |

About transfers - my mistake, sorry.
I know how work ethic works, but most of new players probably don't know and it should be in FAQ/game rules. |
