My guess would be that you received this yesterday around noon-early afternoon?
This was probably sent during testing on new server where we used an older database (probably forgot to disable email notifications during the "inactive users" script test.
And as we used an older database it could well be that you were "locked" for inactivity (for tests only, of course )

In any case - nothing to worry about.
