I am pretty sure when you pick sponser you get moneys right away then when you have a match if you win you get more if they pay for victorys.

The admins stated somewhere that gameday sponsors are available after the last match of the day...

Match day sponsors are reset after the game - the fact that they were reset after the last game ended for the friendlies was our fault, but it's fixed now so there shouldn't be any problems there.

There was a small bug, however, in the updater. When it came to giving the money to those that won their games it didn't Anyway, that will be fixed after all the games for the first round are played (sometime after the African region is processed)
