Can't post friendly ad?

Not really sure if this is a bug, but I am not able to post a friendly ad (can post a transfer ad). The last one I posted was on the 24th. I thought the limit was one every 2 days, but maybe not? If this isn't a bug and I'm just missing something, I would appreciate if you let me know.
