If a player is above 90, he will train, and perhaps loose some energy if he trains too hard
If a player is just at 90, he is "stucked" at this energy. He will train, as he is not under 90, and won't earn any more energy...

Seems not ok to me. Stagnating at any energy level is a bug.
Rest from training => Energy increases & no trainig points
Training => Energy decreases & training points
"Rest all players with energy lower than 'XX'" means players with energy equal to or less than 'XX'.
Only two cases:
1. <= XX %
2. > XX %
If there are three cases 1. < (lower), 2. = (equal), 3. > (higher) it's a bug.

I checked the exact rating for this player and wrote it down. If the player will play in todays match, then I will be able to check if he did or did not increase his rating total.
As for training. It will be checked by the next training update. It could be a bug.
"Rating too high bug" - this should be fixed for a while now and now no players with too high rating (given their talent) should exist in THB world

The only issue this player will have after todays match: he will be demoralized for some weekends...he is facing a strong opponent today, the Losers

Well, i'm not sure, I still have a player with 3.5 of rating with 1.5 of talent... Or don't I remember well the limits ? |
3.5 rating at 1.5 talent is OK
