For about three weeks now the energy of my player "Heinrich Bahlsen" (ID 58371) remains static at 90%. Furthermore his rating does not increase any more.

[Thursdays training update is not a problem]

What's the trouble?

You have to set the training of your players to low or very low to make him regain full recovery. You can only rest your players to the energy level of 90.

Admins found a bug regarding rating. A lot of the players in the game have too high ratings compared to their talent. They should not be able to get more rating than the talent they got. I guess your player already has the maximum rating since his talent is not that high?
This bug has not been solved yet though. Many players have too high ratings and admins are working on the problem. You might see some of your players get weakened in their rating at some point in the future - I guess.

My settings:
Training intensity: Average
Rest all players with energy lower than: 90

If I rest players with energy lower than XX they do not train (get no trainig points) and energy recharges. It had always been like that, since the beginning. I never trained on 'Low' or 'Very low' and energy always recharged.

Furthermore:
Talent -> Rating
0.5
1.0 ---> 3 stars

1.5
2.0 ---> 3.5 stars

2.5
3.0 ---> 4 stars

3.5
4.0 ---> 4.5 stars

4.5
5.0 ---> 5 stars

That's how it's done and fits closely to my players.
The one I'm talking of is 19 weeks in team, playes every match more than 20 minutes (so gets full experience, chemistry etc.) and has talent of 3.0 stars. His rating is only 2.5 stars, but should be at 3.5 or 4.0 stars just like all the other players in my team have.

He's one of my former youth-players, so "from origin".

Well, so it's strange that he is only at 90 of energy if you never trained above "average"... How can it be possible ?

I don't understand what's your problem.
With this player everything worked well (as it does with all of my players), but a few weeks ago the upper explained problem occured.

So your player was at 100% of energy, and he suddenly dropped to 90 (three weeks ago) and don't increase skills anymore ?
