what a statistic from my last league match ... Player Ratings are ok so far, also their Skills, so it should be a problem with the low TC of the most of my Players (because most of them are newly bought ones) ... therefore we didn't become so much info from Admin side and only know that a Player with lowest TC of 0,5 is ~ 30% worser in performance then a Player with full TC, but that can't explain such bad Shooting performance like today (in former league games ~ 65-70%), that is totally bullshit same like tactics here!

Very good idea to put your club and div in your post
I begin to understand the game engine is completely disfonctioning : tactics, defensive posts, here shoot performance...
Perhaps not because it's bad (that remains to be seen) but like said Admin, because of to poor quality of player... To poor skill would do other parameters an biggest importance (like random....) and all game aspects seems crazy...
A manager game where managers actions, skills and tactics don't have influence, or not enougth to be seen or uderstood... Boring, isn't it ? Does we bear, at the same time, problems of a new game and problems of a sister game ? Probably.
Don't think that lookink for 2 or 3 (or more ?) seasons is an acceptable response, especially as only one one team move up each season and bot teams are managed like normal teams.
Anyway, I would like read what admins are doing to improve the game rapidly and to do it playable.
