act. most important for sporty success is the fact that Players should have a high Stat. Rating (not Player Rating in Match Details) + compare with very high TC ... if we have a look on the most successful teams in league & regional cup, most of them have Players with almost 3* (even if this Stat. Rating isn't that much difficult to achieve by time also with lower Skilled Players) ... so for Users with high fluctuation in their squad it is necessary to build asap a strong "Top7" with high TC

8. Does playing games have any effect on player's training?
No. By playing games, the player only increases his overall rating. Overall rating is improved only by playing games (friendly games included). |
can't image that this is really important, think it's only cosmetical since you don't find more about the rating than posted above in the rules.
usually the best teams in the leagues are the one who started first so their rating is better because their players played more matches and gained more training. |

If I have a look esp. on the games against Bot one, I think I am not that wrong with my previous sight of things in the act. situation of the game ... my Players did all have very low TC and needs some more games til start of the upcoming season to be more competitive, as the ~30% less performance of Players with low TC is a big worth that has to be minimized by playing games with them!
