How about the creation of new forums for each country, one for Off Topic, and other to "in game chat"...

There are only about 10 really active country forums at the moment, therefor we dont need this IMO.

This is a sugestion for forums, when they get bigger, now would be good, but later's fine also

We have 6 off topic main forums, several off topic region forums and lots of off topic country forums here. No need to add another one.
