Depending on the training intensity you can gain or lose training points and gain or lose energy. See details below:
Maximum: +10% to +15% of training points, -8 to -10 energy and 4-5% chance of injury
High: +4% to +10% of training points, -4 to -6 energy and 3-4% chance of injury
Average: no training points bonus, no energy bonus and 2-3% chance of injury
Low: -4% to -10% of training points, +4 to +6 energy and 1-2% chance of injury
Very low: -10% to -15% of training points, +8 to +10 energy and -1% chance of injury
Can the Average energy bonus points to be +1 or +2?
If you train with the same intensity (average) then the players should rest. |

You mean that with low or very low training players will get worse? |

Whaou ! I though that players would rest just a bit with average training...
I bough a player with 73% of energy, and I train everybody "average" since the begining. So if I continue like that, he will never rest ? |

Yep, he won't rest.
He'll take the entire squad down in training intensity if he wants to gain energy. Not quite the way it should be. Hopefully we will get individually training modes for each player in the future |

I think this idea is very good. At least every week, increasing to +1 or +2 for Average trening. |

We advise that players have around 90% energy because the stamina already takes a significant performance (depends on stamina level) from minute to minute. |

Of course, but don't you think it would be interesting to allow players to earn for example just a +1 in energy when trained moderatly ? |
