Can YOU PLEASE move the age at which players retire?? It's totally unfair and non-sense. We are spending a lot of money to develop high skills players for 12-13 seasons and in that age they retire. The training system is seriously SLOW and BAD and it is the main reason that users leave the game. Please, do something about it, because if you don't, you will have less and less players in the future. It's already boring for me because I need to wait 3 real years to fully develop my players. And after I developed them, I can't be sure if they will play for a season or two. Does it seems okay and interesting for you?
Speed up training process or extend a player's career.

OR DO SOMETHING(just one thing) about this dead game.

The training point system is fine, I think, but I agree that players are retiring too early. Nobody should be retiring in this game until they're at least 33.

Ragnarök Reykjavík returns.

I concur
Retiring at the age of 31 is definitely too early
But still I think that training functions in a good way. Otherwise we would have too many real beast because a big amount of player would be able to reach a high level like 200 sum of skill

It's not real that you have fully developed player only at the age of 30-31. But if the retirement age would be extended, then will be great. The best approach is where a player is fully developed at least at the age of 25-26, but he has a very important skill called "form" which can vary through seasons depending on his "Class" or "Talent".

Whatever, we only want the more realistic player's career system.

You've been here long enough to understand how the system works.

Now that you've overhauled your roster with 21 year old players, you want them to start playing at a world class level RIGHT NOW.

I would agree that the range of retirement should increase 1 year or 2 and slow down the training drop off slightly.

This idea that some players should be the best in the world at 26 or younger, as in real life, is absurd.

Yes but what is a form? How we should understand it? In real life it is probably the most important factor but we can not perceive this game in the same way as real handball. Training system won't be changed, retirement as well. We may be talking about things which should be implemented but the game will stay as it is.
Obviously there is plenty of players who are 25-26 year old, like Palmarsson but this is only the game and it has its own mechanics. It is at least hard to implement a new trainig system. Due to this problems in my opinion nothing will be chaged

Players from BOT teams must go on Transfer List.

This is where we hold them!

Yeah, it's partly true what you are saying for my roster. I want them to start playing at a world class level at the age of 25-26, not exactly RIGHT NOW. You are overreacting a little bit. Where did I say I want them to play at a world class RIGHT NOW?

Why is that idea absurd? We have Mikkel Hansen who played magisterial at the age of 24-25 and still plays. And he is not the only one. Also, Kiril Lazarov is 37 and he still plays at the top level. So, the both of training system and retirement age limit should be reorganized to represent the real handball.

Yeah, yeah I agree, It's too hard to implement brand new training system. I am just saying...
But it's stupid that you MUST wait 10 seasons for every player to be developed. There must be several exceptions. I admire you guys for your patience to wait all those years...

EDIT: The form would be random generated value which is calculated for every few weeks but depending on talent or something like that. And such a calculated form would affect all other skills for that period. That would be more more interesting in combination with the accelerated training system. We would have better players for longer period, but they wouldn't be so great during all their career. That is much funnier approach for me.

In the end, it's very simple. Three options:

*accelerate training system so players are fully developed until 27-29
*extend the retirement age limit for 3 or 4 seasons
*players starting play at earlier age, eg. 16 or 15

And I thing none of these is too hard to implement. If they made a system well, it is only a configuration thing

and everything will be perfect!

So, @IHOCReturns, you see that I can wait, time is not a problem if I know that I will have my players for more than one or two seasons

I hope that you understand what I want to say. You work hard for 11-12 seasons and your player retires after a year or two. Congrats if that is okay for you
