I think that players from our youth academy must be younger. Why? We have good and very good players with 25+ ages,and if player start in team with 15 or 16, with 20 he will be good player.
What you think?

| I think that such option could be add for Supporter Account. It will not give very big advantage for people with Supporter Account but can encourage more people to buy it. |

We don't know what they are improving or whatever doing at all, while nobody says/writes here something about update/upgrade of this game. |

Now we are speaking of thet what one might add that I would have the addition of the " Borrow player ."
This option with young people after 15-16 years, too cool, but then let's can the teams junior and U19 National Team ?
Count on such changes hard because all the time we are waiting for an update ... |

Borrowing players is bad option and there are some talks about it on global forum in the past. What about training for example?  |

No, this would be a very big advantage, two years makes a lot of difference. This should be included in the youth academy upgrades. Maybe the first upgrade could make the new players 17, and the second upgrade 16.
Also, I think players should last longer before they retire. I've seen way too many 31 and 32 year olds plan to retire, and it's just not realistic. Nobody should be retiring until AT LEAST 33. |

It could give some advantage but not as huge. Max skill is determined by talent. Players who start training at 16 y.o. will achieve their max skills two years earlier. It is advantage but not have effect on results of matches. By the way, I think that there are other addictions which could make Supporter Account more attractive for potential buyers, for example more friendly games in the week (of course without cash from tickets) or chance for choosing player from youth academy coming from different countries.
PS This discussion is probably without goal because we can only wait on possible updates in the future... |

| I don't know, but most handball clubs in their first team have two or three young players with 16 or 17 years. |
