I'm not sure about if this is a Bug, but the game is runing, the league it's going on, some players have played about 8 league matches, and some frienly games.. and I haven't seen any Player with experience over the inital one. Is this normal?

this is working as it should be, experience doesnt increase at a fast rate. you will be lucky to gain half a star at a guess on some players over the season.
