OK, we went all out today and pulled quite a few backup databases and tested them.
And... I will eat a humble pie now, it does seem that around 2m is missing from your account.
What is baffling us all is that every field (financial) is still synchronized, so it seems that this was something like a "ghost" financial event that did nothing but took away the money. We tried everything and couldn't reproduce it.
So to solve this now, you'll get your money back + some interest (for your troubles). The money will be added as "prize money" to your account in the next 15 minutes or so.
We'll try a bit more tests in the following days, and try to replicate this.
Can you let us know the exact OS/browser combo you are using (or you used) when this happened?
