In this match Kees Kleijn was lined up and scored several goals, but he didn't appear in de HOME FORMATIONS. Meanwhile Luiz Carlos Vaz, who hasn't played in this match, did appear in de HOME FORMATIONS.

In my game he has not changed formation but there are 7 players on scoresheet!
