I'd allot him to CB, although he has Playmaking 3. Coach him first in playmaking. 5 at Shooting, 4 at Passing, 5 at Ball control, 5 at Speed => very good for CB. He's right-handed, 183cm and ice-cold (right?) so too small for LB. He has 'jumping 1' only => unsuitable for LW. Cause he's right-handed => unsuitable for RB,RW anyway. 'One on one 1' => unsuitable for goalkeeping. Pivot? Strenght 4, Off the ball 4 but One on one 1, 183cm - wouldn't assign him to that position. In addition to that I think he'd do a brilliant job on HD in 5-1 (or FD in 3-2-1) defence system.

Good luck,
Gartinh
