my first training session I chose high intensity and one of my players got injured for about a month... the second training session I chose average and the same thing happened I understand that there's always gonna be a chance my players will get injured but this seems a bit drastic. What I want to ask is: How are you guys training you're players? Is anyone training his players with above average intensity? If so, is it worth it?!

Well, i trained my players only once at "Hard" and I didn't sow any improvements. I think it would be smarter to chose the average training session 'till you hire some great coaches.
P.S. Didn't have any injured players 'till now.

Has anyone upgraded their trainers yet? If yes, is it worth it?

Yes and yes!
It`s on you how you manage it! First arena or first the training staff!

Aye, it happens. Ive trained them normally, and at one point at the beginning of the cup play I had two starting players injured at one point, but I had some replacement players so I got through it. I think its a key having a few competent replacements to put in if you lose some of the others for a while. Sooner or later, it will happen.

training on high isnt worth it for me. It increases the chances of getting injuries (think its from 2% to 4%, tho someone will correct me if I'm wrong) and reduces the player energy levels.

Keep plodding along on average and try and buy better coaches as soon as you can afford it. Oh yes and draugr is spot on you need replacements to cover any injuries

Yes, this is a good question... An important one for those who train at hard intensity...

They will of course start at with their current energy level. Anything else would be unfair.

At the begin of season i use average intensity, except once to keep a new palyer upper to 90%. Tha was not very good...
Since midle of season i use Hight intensity and and rest option at 90%.
That's not better... I think hight intensity effect is reduce by week when players are under 90% energy and not trained.

Just my players are never too less in energy, even if i buy a player whith less energy. Not a big advantage.

Perahps when the trainers will be better the difference will be bigger... perhaps
