Reading the Help/FAQ could be a start for you !

Better to investigate than asking straight away.
And if you don't find your answers, then ask.

Man. I've read the FAQ. Don't answer on the forum just to make another post and to be no. 1 in "Top poster".

It's quite hard to investigate things like this now. I want to know how quick will my players grow on a skill if I have only the trainers I've got when I've recieved the team. I want an answer from a player that is also playing GI and has experience.

You can read exactly how much your player will progress if you check the Help/FAQ.
And that was why i wanted to redirect you instead of helping.
So have you really read it (i really don't think so)?

Regarding posts:

I don't spam, my posts are relevant, valueble or necessary.

There are some things that are comparable, others not. The training is handled a bit other than in GI. Some examples: In GI we have completely other skill sets for training, not only renamed ones. In GI there are two facilties to push training, in THB there is only one. In GI I have always dedicated players, a quarterback for instance. I don't need to train him in defensive skills normally...in THB I need to do, cause each guy on the field has to manage offense and defense plays...You see, my (i think so) very good knowledge of GI will not help you for the sport part of this game. All we can transfer is the management part, cause this is quite similar.

The admins gave some good advice, could be found in breakthroughs sticky in newbee section. Combined with information from FAQ you should be able to check how training works and what expectations are reasonable and what not

Hope this helps!

Forgot one thing, for my post count I need a second post to do it

Coaches are important for growing skills, no question, same importance for the training facility...but keep in mind: coaches/docs/extra facilities are the most expensive things you can buy here, it is simply to early to do this at them moment, cause you need a well prepared financial base to be successful later in this game...and you know the source of income? right, your arena. This answers most, doesnt it?
