You can maximize your arena until you have 3.000 seats. Then you'll have to buy it (you need to pay 120.000 €) if you want to ad more seats. Buying the arena also means you can select your third match-day sponsor.
P.S.: When you will buy the arena you will have the same number of seats: not more or less.
