If there is 18 weeks, tehn we need 18 week worth of salary right?

This is a bankruptcy protection.
You need to pay on signing coaches: the signing bonus
You need to have on account: the signing bonus and 10 weekly wages of your coaches
Same is valid for doctors. Once you signed the staff you can use the left money (10 wages) for things like building seats...
