Discription:
A team that doensn't need a player for some time, could borrow to other manager, in exchange of not paying his salary (the new managr pays instead). New contract could be negociable.
Advantages:
More players on some teams and less on others
More player exchange
If you don't need a player you can get rid of him without costs!
Disavantages
Some managers cold cheat to don't pay salaries, creating new accounts.. |

I totally agree with you, but there could be a rule, that a player can be loaned out if he is not good enough to play in the first 7. (Just need to decide on the factor which decides the quality. Wage?) |
The problem with the whole loans thing is that there need to be people to oversee them. Expecting that people will do as the rules say is illusionary. First of all, most don't read them secondly some that do ignore them or intentionally break them. Although a good idea in general I don't see it being implemented. |

Yes, good way of cheating...  -cheaters!
But there could be rules against cheating.
Instead of asking, the player coud be put on a "special transfer market", without the name, nationality and/or team name.
´Some information would not be certain, like:
Speed: 3 - 5
Stamina: 9 - 15
etc...
That way no one knows who is who... |
