For the gd sponsor: they told earlier this day the game day sponsors get a reset after all matches happened, the latest matches are at 9 pm server time, and end at 10 pm...in about 30 or 40 minutes you should be able to select the gameday sponsors, even it is only a small "light" for you today

1.3. REGISTERING PLAYERS FOR THE MATCH
You must register at least 9 players for each match. If you fail to do so, then the missing players are randomly chosen by the system.

BUT! Quoting that, we do realize that it is a bit ambiguous.
So, this time and this time alone, we will award the ticket money to both teams and will also edit this rule to be more straight forward.
You see, the match engine needs 9 players to play the match properly (in case of red cards, suspensions, etc...)
Anyway, you both will get the ticket money sometimes during the day.

Please clarify the status: Is it wanted behaviour that no money is payed if one of the owners missed to sign 9 players? If so I call it buggy

Yeah it's wanted behavior ... Or would you pay for a ticket, the game would be canceled and you wouldn't want your money back?

This causes trouble, remember my words Too much real life in here. What are the exact conditions for this "less than 9" rule? 9 in roster? 9 signed for game?

what happens if you have 9+ in roster and forgot to set a standard formation and forgot to send match orders? Will this cause money loss too?

No, no ... ONLY if you don't have 9 players available in your team. In any other case, when needed, computer will randomly select the players from your roster (says so in the rules as well ).

Peter is building pyramids and saying: great, but shouldnt we stop owners from having less than 9 guys by software? A roster minimum?

More pyramids... we do. They cannot fire/sell players in this case. This was a "freak" coincidence - manager got 9 players but was hit with an injury to one of them.
