TD (Top Division) Champions and Regional Cup Winners will be eligible to participate.
In case the TD Champion = Regional Cup Winner -> then the Regional Cup runner up will join. |

We had the sam discussion in the other game. The problem with the post count is: all the spammers get their goal, people that like to help others are flamed about.
If there would be a trophy for the "Most useless feature", this one would get it, for sure!
