AFAIK on top of the complete calculation
(10 +- 2 + WoE + Trainerbonus) + 5%
if you train the player in a fitness skill |

Probably the whole calculation
But to be honest, the highest level of upgrade gives 20% increase of rate of increase in physical attributes only, costs a million to build and 41000 per week to maintain. I would very much urge you not to build it pstimpel. Unless we have an excessive amount of money, I cant see anyone building this ever, and certainly not until everything else has been built. |

Yes, even the fan shop's better
Fanshop in a few weeks you get your money back, this is only to spend and almost no gain |

Hehe, I wasnt really doubting that you had thrown those ideas off the second you saw it 
As for fan shop, its only useless on the low upgrade level. Its good when fully upgraded if you are doing well in a high league. |

| As long as it makes more than 4.000 a week, the fanshop is useful. I'm planning on building it next season |

| Me too, I think it's only worth on the last upgrade, therefore you need almost 500k to spend |
