Netherlands, Portugal and España, always have great teams, but never won the cup, even Uruguay win twice!!!

I don't think that argentina with maradona on charge can't reach even semi finals.
yes, Uruguay won it twice but now they not even close to that quality.
Nottingham Forest has won a Champions League but do you know where are they now ? |
Every wold cup Portugal, Spain and Netherlands are candidates....
How many cups have them???
