Good morning everyone.
In my honest opinion, it is non-sense what happens with the weekly training report in the game. Having only one day of improving their skills is wispy... In real life, amateur teams train a minimum of 2 times per week and professional teams train almost everyday. This is something we should think about it because only 1 day of training is very wispy...
My sugestion is to increase from 1 to 2 days of training (example tuesdays and thursdays) and change the "engine" of the lost of energy per training day.
What do you think? |

I don't agree with you. This way of doing training is just a game decision for the easiest way to follow the training.
It doesn't mean that the players are training only once a week. It means that this is the conclusion of the whole week training. When your players upped, it means that the training of all the week did this.
The Admins decided this pace of improving players. If there would be two training days each week, the Admins would divide the points allowed for training by two. It would perhaps be more "logical" if you consider that the players are training two times each week, but it would be a lot more complicated to follow the training by you and me... |

Assent to Artoupans view. The thursday update is just a conclusion of the whole last-7-days-training. Two (or even more) updates wouldn't & shouldn't change anything. It's fine as it's done right now. |

Well, you really got a point there
But I'm just saying that there could/should be 2 days of increasing their skills (and without that division of percentage to up their levels)... It's just my point of view though! |

You say that you would like to increase your players twice more faster ?
I'm not sure the Admins will agree, as they changed the pace of training comparing to Grid Iron, considering that it should be less fast. They supressed the Training building, and they increased the cost of trainers... I don't think they want to go faster... |

Oh is that so? Hm... I don't know how the GI works... It was just a suggestion but if you say that they reduced the training this idea will probably be rejected then |

And how about the option to choose the training intensity for each player?
Example:
Luiz Carlos Cavaco - Goalkeeping - Reflexes - High
Matias Aguado - Goalkeeping - One on One - Maximum
Arsénio Simão - Attacking - Passing - Low
etc... |
