I have myself 2 players with 4,5 star talent and very high work ethic. 
Because I'm already promoting, I will be selling all my old players, buy a couple of young, good players and will let them play with my good youth players for the remains of this season and the full next season |

No, but I like to have some good young players in stead of old, squeaky ones :p
I will expand my stadium first, then inprove my facilities, then my coaches and then my players.
And, in fact, it'll cost me nothing because I have some pretty good youth players. Just have to buy 2 extra for under 50.000 in total and then sell at about 4 older players. Later on, when I promote more youth players, I will sell all my older players above 20. |

well i only have one 5* talent guy... 18yo, but i do have 4 players who are 18yo and 4.5*
got to the point where im going to sell of 4 star players soon lol |
