You need to have stage 2 of your arena to do so. The first upgrade online enables you to add the third gameday sponsor! By the first upgrade you OWN your arena now - thats all

in rules it is written that a stadium is built 2 weeks ... do I already have a stadium or to me yet to wait ?

The first upgrade (where you buy the arena itself) is immediate, later upgrades are going to need these 14 days...
