Same here! Did the exact same invest as you, since the pay back on VIP is better. But it depends on how many people shows up to the game
For 50 VIP seats (cost €275, ticket price €45, maintenance €1.5) you can get 137.5 ≈ 137 regular seats (cost €100, ticket price €15, maintenance €0.5).
50 * (€45 - €1.5) = €2,175
137 * (€15 - €0.5) = €1,986.50 ≈ €1,987
Since the €120,000 price tag on buying the stadium isn't changing then I'll continue to build, at least until we hear something about attendance from the game developers |

Question, is there any construction time? It seems I just got the seats straight away which wasn't something I was expecting. |
This is how I understand it.
Seats are added straight away. Right now we got the lowest level arena with a potential room for 3.000 seats and 50 VIP seats. All we need to do is invest in the seats to sit on and install them. Therefore no down time.
The plastic seats for the regular seats are €100 a piece and the the soft VIP seats are €275 a piece.
I don't think that buying the Arena will result in any construction time, as it already exist.
But as soon as you will to upgrade the level of your Arena then it takes 14 days, but 75% of your Arena will still be available. Now I don't know if this is 75% of only the regular seats or both the regular seats and VIP seats. |
