Hi managers,
First, thank you very much for the votes and the confidence.
Then, we only 3 Austrian managers in this moment.
The game is dead and buy players is so difficult if the objective is win the top division. The other idea is the young players.
I think that for the future the young players idea is the best.
Now only one team use this philosophy.
I will join to this idea for top division's purpose and for help de national team
