I agree with the proposition. And I suggest the following terms:
1) Bots free: selections could reduce bots players as much as possible (Brazil does not have any more);
2) Limit of two players over 40 (I only keep one player of 45 because he is active, which could harm the team and in addition he is left-handed)

But I emphasize, if we have a consensus, I remove the player with 45 from the Brazilian team.

As you know, the route of contacting the developer of the game, including buying the game is dead.I think you agree that theres no hope in that direction as far as can be guessed.
I must praise you for trying, my respect. I would support if necessary.

On the other end the "skeleton" is already dying, for long i suspect...
In the last season 2 of the top teams from my region just dropped and other sold their team AND destroyed their arena.
How many of you see this in your regions!?
And the "meat"; the relatively new coaches, how often they give up halfway?

I´m sorry about the loss of your fine 31 yo Pivot and btw I was not me who done the changes to Portuguese National Team.

However I do not agree with the ones that defend that has to be unaninous consent, since, with the possible exception of something like North Korea, I have never seen a group of dozens or hundreds of people agree 100% with a change impactfull in their lives.
If critical mass is reached, the "healthy" part of managers must make feel the others, they must change.
Boycots can be made in several ways, support account be threatened to be canceled...
I may be running wild in this matter, but I would hate myself not stating what I feel should be done.

But You don´t know the price the build top team!!!! This is years and years of working and waiting. I built the first team myself and at the age 29 I sold all the players to have enough money. At the top, I had 38 M euros!!! I haven't played for results all this time.

That's why I could buy players like Egea (10M), Previtali (8M). I knew that I would have to face teams with oldie and therefore I had to bring top quality.

Therefore, I do not agree with what Poland, Portugal, etc. have done. I see the work behind it. Just because the player is at the top at the age of 32 and I find it stupid to kick him right away. Are you raising him for 15 seasons to play with him only 1 or 2 ????? 40 yo players are ok, but younger????

And I'm definitely not opposed to firing old players:

We wanted to change that ourselves. These attempts have been made many times.

What I don't understand is that if we are still talking about it, why are you already changing the national teams?
Let's not do anything crazy until we have some rules in place. Otherwise we are going to destroy the World Cup too!!!!

And I agree with Alexsoulsay. Over 40 only. It can't be that after so many years of training players, they are kicked out at the age of 32 or 33! It's madness!

I noted it on the board.
Why not, a limitation to a very limited number of 40+ could complicate things on long term (we could always have 60 yo left handed in teams in the future ) but in a first time i think it's a good compromise to help transition. To be debated.

Hello everyone.
I am the manager of the Croatian national team for this season.
I agree with the idea of retiring people over the age of 40.
But I think the administrator must do something to make this initiative fair to all managers.
Good luck to everyone in the World Cup qualification!
Best regards from Croatia!!!

Other skills should start declining after some age, not only physical, and we would not have this problem.

Aaaah ! First top team to answer positively ! (impacted with 6 40+ players in addition)

(unfortunately admins will not do anything more, that's why it's the only way to save something in my opinion )

or simply all physical to 1, because it's a big joke that a 50 yo player could have 13 and a 18 yo couldn't have more than 6 at start !
