I've read somewhere that talent could restrict the rating of the player. What is the link between the two? I have some players that have a +0.5* rating over their talent. Do you guys have players with high rating and low talent?

TALENT 0,5 a 1 * -> max rating 3 *
TALENT 1,5 a 2 * -> max rating 3,5 *
TALENT 2,5 a 3 * -> max rating 4 *
TALENT 3,5 a 4 * -> max rating 4,5 *
TALENT 4,5 a 5 * -> max rating 5 *
