Maybe it's time to change the countries that have national teams?
Austria does not have a single active user, and Latvia has only one.
Canada, Belarus, Greece and Colombia each have two users. Why could not two of these countries take the place of Austria and Latvia? Or maybe all four? Teams from the last 4 places of the ranking can play preliminaries for the group stage of qualifying for the World Cup.
