Seems like my Team Chemistry for my 2 players Toni Zolj and Fedor Malik is stacked by 1,5 and 2 * for a long time.

Is that possible?

I'm not 100% sure but I think the player needs to play in a game for at least (I think) 15-20 minutes to build "chemistry" with other players.

If that's the case with your player, then let me know and I'll ask the dev to check this out a bit more.
