I had a LOC game in my arena this week. It sold out completely at 21,000.
That would ordinarily translate into $366,000 in ticket sales. Assuming that is split evenly between both teams like Regional Cup games that would mean my ticket income for that LOC game should have been $183,000.
However, my economy page is only showing $157,500 in ticket revenue received.
What happened to the missing $25,500 in ticket revenue? |

OK, as written in docs :
Ticket price is fixed and is the same for everyone (no matter the league level). Basic seating ticket price is 15 € and the VIP box ticket is 45 €.
The arena for this match had 21,000 basic seating capacity, no VIP.
21,000*15 = 315,000
315,000/2 = 157,500
Seems correct to me? |

Thank you for responding. Your calculations above are correct on a technical basis. However, they are still based on incorrect data. Let me explain with examples.
On 1/10 I hosted an LOC game at my arena. It was a complete sellout at 21,000. I received ticket revenue as you calculated above. However, my arena does not have 21,000 basic seats. Rather it has:
Regular Seats: 19,300 * 15 = $289,500
VIP Seats: 1,700 * 45 = $76,500
That equals $366,000 in ticket revenues for a full sellout, $183,000 when divided equally.
This figure can be verified in the Ticket Income tab under the THB Best links on the Community Page
Now, yesterday MKS Kasztelan Sierpc hosted my team in their arena. Based on the Eastern Europe Ticket Income tab in THB Best they also get $366,000 for a full sellout. This implies that they also have an arena with 19,300 regular seats and 1,700 VIP seats.
However, rather than the $366,000 in total revenue, split $183,000 each, the match income was calculated they way you showed.
It appears to me that your script for LOC games only looks at the overall number of seats and assumes they are all regular $15 seats rather than check the actual arena composition. This error would account for the missing revenues. |

OK, I see what you mean now.
Will ask for this to be checked by the developer

This same this happened again with the LOC game at my arena on Thursday (February 7th).
That is now $76,500 less in ticket revenue my team has received compared to what it should have received. |

Hello,
Same happened yesterday(2019-02-21) in Taurunum arena. Attendance: 25000
I got 187.500 € ticket income.
I assume this arena is "level 8" and it has 2300 VIP seats and 22700 regular seats as it should be in normal case.
This way it should be:
VIP Seats: 2300 * 45 = 103500
Regular Seats: 22700 * 15 = 340500
Sum of these: 103500 + 340500 = 444000
Half of this: 444000 / 2 = 222000
So we should have get 222.000 €
I assume dejan 84 also got only 187.500 € from tickets. |

And it happened again on 2/21/19 against Ángel Ximénez-Puente Genil. Instead of $270,000 in ticket revenue my team received only $225,000.
That is now $121,500 less in ticket money from LOC games this season.
I assume the admins will be adjusting the ticket revenues for every LOC team to add back the money we earned that we have not been receiving, correct? |
