Never imagined that almost every player need almost everything(except 3 specific skills) from 15 skills. Found somewhere in forum some list of most important skills on every position, that was 3-4 skills, and used that scheme, sum of those skills determined typically players' positions. One offensive position and one defensive position for every player. Typically got some side skills too(all 4 attacking skills when most important were 2 of them).
Anyway, I have also zero knowledge of handball tactics and could maybe get relegated with interregional champion  Plus my players will retire anyway earlier than most of other teams so I can't train them generation-wise, but in flow. So my final goal is probably survive once in 2nd division. |
