This suggestion is simple.

Enable us to put old players on the TL. This is the most stupid thing (with that one where players from BOT teams doesn't go on the TL) I have ever seen on any manager.

On every online manager you can put a player on market no matter what his age is.

If you want to sell a player it should be OK, there are buyers who buy older player and that's it, make it possible!
This is where we hold them!
