Hi people!

Does anybody know how much influence a "Goalie octopus" special ability has when the system calculates goalkeeper skills.

For example, is Goalkeeper with technique/one-to-one/reflexes/agility of 20/20/20/20 better than the other one with 18/18/18/18 but with the Goalie octopus special ability?

I've heard that special abilities give 10% percentage to skills but I am not certain if it's true
